September ODA Regional Tournament
 
Tournament Starts: 2/9/13
Tournament Ends: 30/9/13
 
Sign Up Start Date 18/8/13
Sign Up End Date 1/9/13

I shouldnt need to say this but all decks MUST comply to the September 1st banlist also please note THE DECK YOU SIGN UP WITH IS THE DECK YOU PLAY

Rules
 
1) No Deck is Banned
 
2) All Duels Will be Match Duels (please provide screenshots for each game)
 
3) The number of rounds will be decided depending on the amount of players (minimum of 3 in swiss style)
 
4) If you don’t complete the match it will count as a match loss for your opponent please communicate clearly with your opponent to set up a time as to avoid confusion, as there could be multiple different time zones involved. 
 
5) All rounds must be finished within One Week of the pairings being up if a match hasn’t taken place then whichever player is seen more on ODA chat will be given the win.
 
General Notes
I will be the TO for this tournament so any arguments go through me and I do hold the final right to give out a game/match loss if any problems do arise.  Also please be courteous to everyone in the tournament and have fun.

Honestly, that would mean a DQ for Doctor as by official Konami rules. He forgot the effect and the game state was not repairable.

hence I prefer automatic software, then in this case. the match will have to be reset entirely.

Whole match or just the last duel?

Just saying that in official events judged by Konami Judges, the game would be valid. Both players would just get a warning. Once you admit defeat there's no going back. The Doctor won the match.

Oh oops, I misread, I thought Doc won.
In this case his opponent wins. The game should have went on without resolving Sign since both players forgot about it and realized a few turns later.

problem is, its mandatory, and I hate being unfair about probability, so I'd rather have them reduke out game 3.

I remember I was in a war duel, I discarded Atlantean Heavy Infantry for Abyssmegalo, forgot to use it. 2 turns later, I realized I should've popped my opponent's Tenki with it, but I forgot. We called Admin, Admin said we both get a warning and the game continues without Infantry's effect.
And yes it would have won me the game 2 turns earlier (which I won anyway, but that doesn't matter right now).

Official KDE rules would go like that, but then again it's your regionals so do w/e you want with it.

Slayertakim is online every day, maybe just not at the same time as you, which is likely due to diffrence in time zones. It is not up to you to decide that you'll get the win or who'll get wins/losses in general. It is still Jason's tournament, and as stated, slayer is just as active as you, if not even more.

Also, do not make double postings. If you have to correct and/or add anything to your post, use the edit function.
