| In my own opinion based on how I've seen decks doing, this is what I think:
Tier 1: Dragon Ruler
Tier 2: Evilswarm, Prophecy, Dragunity, Merlantean
Tier 3: Dark World, Fire Fist, Blackwing, Consteller, Madolche, Infernity, Bujin |
