September ODA Regional Tournament

I shouldnt need to say this but all decks MUST comply to the September 1st banlist also please note THE DECK YOU SIGN UP WITH IS THE DECK YOU PLAY

Rules
 
1) No Deck is Banned
 
2) All Duels Will be Match Duels (please provide screenshots for each game)
 
3) The number of rounds will be decided depending on the amount of players (minimum of 3 in swiss style)
 
4) If you don’t complete the match it will count as a match loss for your opponent please communicate clearly with your opponent to set up a time as to avoid confusion, as there could be multiple different time zones involved. 
 
5) All rounds must be finished within One Week of the pairings being up if a match hasn’t taken place then whichever player is seen more on ODA chat will be given the win.
 
General Notes
I will be the TO for this tournament so any arguments go through me and I do hold the final right to give out a game/match loss if any problems do arise.  Also please be courteous to everyone in the tournament and have fun.

Due to time zone issues of the last 2 duels, I will permit a 24 extension to tomorrow night at 9PM Eastern Time. Meaning Sunday for me. If the duels aren't done by then. Your game will result in a tie, and we will have to move on.

He might come on ODA once a day put a comment on some random topic and leave and say i was hear but truthfully i think this is unfair.. We can complain about our time zones being different but before this tourney i saw him all the time on DN.. Just trying to make a suggestion we should have activity checks so we dont get confused im not trying to say hes avoiding me he might be busy but for the sake of time of mine and everyone elses there should be something done.

Jason I have something to ask you. But you might have to read a lot.

1st. I won a duel.

2nd He won a duel.

3rd Now this is where it gets tricky.

1st turn mine. In hand are: Elegant egotist, Elegant egotist, Hysteric Sign, Harpie queen, Solemn warning and Vanity's emptiness. I activate Harpie queen eff to get hunting ground. I set Hysteric sign, solemn warning and vanity. I end my turn.

2nd turn Ryuk's. In Hand are: I have no idea. But he summoned Card car D I think. And he had Battle Fader. And he set a trap (I think a mirror).

3rd turn Mine. I drew another harpie queen. I summoned her. Destroyed his FD mirror force with my field spell. Then i activated an elegant egotist.(FROM NOW ON VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE PROBLEM AT HAND) Special summoned a harpie lady 1. Manditory eff field I destroyed my set HYSTERIC SIGN.
Then another elegant egotist and another harpie lady 1. Manditory eff field. Destroyed vanity. Then attacked with queen, and ladys, he activated fader but I solemn warning. 6900 DAMAGE. 1100 left. Then I xyz summoned Harpie's pet phantasmal dragon. End turn, detach from pet. AND I FORGOT HYSTERIC SIGN. But hysteric sign isn't optional.

Me 6000 lp he 1100 lp.

4th turn Ryuk's. I don't remember what he did. Important stuff is. He summoned BLS, Thunder charger and redmd 0 atk in def. He set mirror force and something else.

5th turn. Me: I drew channaler. I flipped a coin to decide should i risk it and attack directly for the win or should i stay still because I was afraid of a mirror force. I guessed right and I attacked. And he activated mirror. I knew i would lose and i had no idea what to do. So I check my grave. And I remembered that I didn't activate the hysteric sign. So since he thought that I can't do the eff now that I lost. I admitted defeat, and I wanted to continue the duel like I used the Sign eff,  and I won.


So. For you to decide is

a) I get to activate sign since it is a mandatory effect. And Win.

b) We duel again the last duel.

c) He wins it's my fault I forgot.

just redo game 3, makes it more fair on both of you, and besides, I would rather have these done on YGOPRO, Devpro or TODANE.
