September ODA Regional Tournament
 
Tournament Starts: 2/9/13
Tournament Ends: 30/9/13
 
Sign Up Start Date 18/8/13
Sign Up End Date 1/9/13

I shouldnt need to say this but all decks MUST comply to the September 1st banlist also please note THE DECK YOU SIGN UP WITH IS THE DECK YOU PLAY

Rules
 
1) No Deck is Banned
 
2) All Duels Will be Match Duels (please provide screenshots for each game)
 
3) The number of rounds will be decided depending on the amount of players (minimum of 3 in swiss style)
 
4) If you don’t complete the match it will count as a match loss for your opponent please communicate clearly with your opponent to set up a time as to avoid confusion, as there could be multiple different time zones involved. 
 
5) All rounds must be finished within One Week of the pairings being up if a match hasn’t taken place then whichever player is seen more on ODA chat will be given the win.
 
General Notes
I will be the TO for this tournament so any arguments go through me and I do hold the final right to give out a game/match loss if any problems do arise.  Also please be courteous to everyone in the tournament and have fun.

What?, Scapegoat says that we both get win, but still im confuse with that :/, if we both get out from the tourney theere's some people that will not get to duel in the tourney.

ok, just talked with scapegoat, his internet is being a hinder to him and I could take his place managing the tourney for now. the system is a mess, so I've gone ahead and used challonge to set it up. Basically the current tourney is scrapped and is reset. I'll be playing Dragon Ruler Plants.

I think you should start a new topic, this one here is a mess. Also, some new people might be interested in joining. 

Also, you shouldn't force people to sign up on challonge, simply because that is going to minimize the number of participants. You can simply add people to the brackets once they sign up manually.

Problem being (I haven't checked, they have to sign up via email and all.) But I'm not sure about it.

As I said: People have to sign up properly, with e-Mail and all, and I understand that many do not want that. So, why not just add them manually?
