Look guys. As a staff for this site, we need to communicate. There are too many problems here that could only be solved by COMMUNICATING as a staff. For example, when I was made a mod no one had any clue who did it. Honestly, I still don't know. But, the bad part is, I have been offered adminship twice both by different admins and I doubt they even consulted with another admin/staff member. NOT saying I didn't want it because I did, but the point is, someone being made admin should be a unanymous vote by all the other admins. Only then, and after we balance our staff will I accept the thing.

Anyhow here is what I want to accomplish with this post. I want someone to make a section of the forum viewable ONLY by staff members where we discuss impkrtant matters and decisions instead of everyone doing their own thing. Also we should hold a meeting every week or two for the same purpose.

It was me who made you an mod I thought you knew

Anyway I like the idea but it will be hard or exactly for every admin to arrange to meet up for a meeting because sometimes things can come up and they might not
Be able to make it and you might only end up with 2 people showing up but the voting idea of the admin idea is good.

Lol well I didn't. But the point I am trying to say is no Admin had known who did it meaning they werent consulted is all.

Well in that case, we would only need a majority of the admins. Also what about the forum? If no one knows how to make it, I do it is pretty simple.

We need to communicate more because there are plenty of ideas that have been brought up that hasent thoroughly been discussed...

i want to take the MOD test but only admins/mods that can watch/test me in the test are Jam and Yugi.cuzz promo is on the Ipod all the time and evil on laptop i am just saying that i never seen Jam online yet.
Proly becouse of the time zones but idk.

Jam is on a lot, he just doesn't go to the chatbox. However the test for mod is no longer in use, from now on we will hand select our mods. Also, I'm on a tablet not a laptop.
