Yes they can. However how often do you see them anymore? Yes I know they are great, but people ruin their decks by squeezing them into every single deck there is, and never seem to get them out.

Some people out there just don't know how to make decks. Which reminds me. There should be a lesson on how to make decks.

XD i have made one check in the slifer dorm its called slifer deck building guide... i didnt go extremely in depth however... but i think its a good read for lower level duelists.
