40/40 for the main deck. Although I cannot take points off for this, I advise you to go from an 8 card extra to 15. Even random XYZ or adding in a Stardust with starlight could help you have more options when you are dueling.

The deck was pretty aggressive im my opinion. Not the greatest, but you did what you could. You had marshmallon every 1st turn. It gave you another turn or so, to tribute summon Dark Magician Girl. It was nice, because every duel early on you got the marshmallon, and then Dark Magician girl + Magician's Circle Combo. Sadly, after those combos, you didn't have much to go off of. You did pull off your ace "Sorcerer of the Dark Magic" one time, but it wasn't enough to secure the game for you. I would advise adding in staples, even if cards like "Tour Guide" are annoying when you see them. You need MST, Duality, Heavy Storm, Dark hole, etc.. I didn't see any staples the whole game. Also, I don't think Dark Bribe was really necessary in the deck. Adding in Forbidden Lance and Mystical Space Typhoons should have enough versatility, and give you more options. No need to really worry about your monsters being dominated (Solemn is at 1 and Judgment at 1). They can't sack more than 1.

Again, you did what you could. The only issues was you had about 3 cards near the end of the game that was sitting in your hand. You didn't even set any cards, meaning the cards in your hand was most likely "unplayable". Every 1st turn you set marshmallon and 3 backrow. I like how you weren't so hasty in the duels to do something. You kept patient, and even if there weren't cards that could be used, you made sure you had a counter to make sure your plays went through.
Duel 1: 1st turn marshmallon and set 3. I set-up small with Omega, and marshmallon was facedown. Nice set-up. You tributed marshmallon for Dark Magician Girl and I tried to bottomless. Counter, you used Dark Bribe. You attacked with Dark Magician girl and you brought out Gagaga Magician. After a sucessful attack, you changed Gagaga's level to 6, and Special Summoned Sorcer of the Dark Magic from your hand. Unlucky for you, I had forbidden lance + Messier 7, which after secured the duel. You had nothing else to play.
Duel 2: Again with the same set-up. Marshmallon + Set 3 backrow. I tried D-prisoning your monster, but again you bribed it. Not only that, but you had Magician's Circle. This time you pulled out another Dark Magician Girl. Fiendish Chain stopped your 2nd attack. I pulled out Starliege, and eliminated one of your Dark Magician Girls. You came back with a set monster, a double summon play, and pulled out Buster Blader. I pulled another Starliege, and again you had no more plays to branch of off. ggs

The single ended pretty quickly here. You had most of the cards you needed. You only had 3 backrow the whole game, 2 black horn of heaven and 1 mirror force. I would avdvies other backrow like Bottomless and Solemn Warning, because its more effective than black horn of heaven. Black horn only stops inherent summons only.

The plant variant used to get out Black Rose Dragon (Kind of like Aki Izayoi) is original.

When we finished the duel I ended up getting rid of all your cards that you had playable. This let me more accurately grade your use of cards. All your cards were 2 horn of heave, 2 lord poison, 1 evilswarm mandragora, and 1 twilight rose knight. There was only misplay the whole game. It was where you used twilight rose knight and synchro summoned into Black Rose Dragon. It would have been more optimal to save the play for BRD, or attack with the monsters as your botanical lion had good attack boost. Not only that, but Lord poison would have forced me to do another play and get rid of your field a different way.

You answered the spell speed ruling question correctly, with the correct reasoning. You also answered the Sangan + Caius the Shadow Monarch ruling question correctly. You answered The Mermail Abyssmegalo and Thunder King Rai-Oh question incorrectly. Thunder King for 1 can't negate any summon besides, Inherent summons. Mermail Abyssmegalo is an effect Special Summon. Now the reason why Thunder King can only negate inherent summons, is because Thunder King can't negate effects, spells, or trap cards. This being said, the cards resolve, and therefore TKR can't negate after it already resolved their effects.

There were a lot of issues I saw with the deck, but I could only judge, based off what I saw, and it came out for you. If you had a side deck, you would've made it to Ra Yellow. Next time make sure you have a side, and choose some other deck choices. It was rather hard for you to keep the game going with the deck choices appliable.
