Lately I have noticed a certain "laziness" among the staff, particularly in testing. At the moment we have only one tester, who lives in Germany, thus making him unavailable to test during the academy's most active time. To accomadate this, we need all mods/admins to test when we have members who need tested online. Noticing that our staff isn't testing I'm cracking down on it. Exempting Promo, and sometimes myself, who both have no steady PC access currently,
I expect NO members to have to ask for tests with staff online. For those who say "they don't have time." If you do not have time, you would not be in the chatbox, and would not be on ODA. From now on I will pay particular attention to this, and decide who REALLY wants to be staff here, instead of having a pretty name. If you haven't guessed, I am redoing the staff. Some of you are thinking "does he expect us to commit all of our time to ODA and testing?" All of it: no. While you are ON ODA: yes. Those who are not up to it, hand in your resignations now.
