| Something about people blocked off from Orical? What what now? I'm super outta the loop, made this account ages ago and sorta forgot about this place after getting confuzzled on wth to do xD
Edit: So considering that Duel Lessons seem to be out of commission, how would I go about being allowed to be tested to see what dorm I'm placed in?

| Well, first of all, welcome back to ODA. We did indeed suffer major inactivity, but we're trying to force that back now.
As for your test, it's actually quite simple. You ask a tester to test you. Can do this either by being in the chat, and hope there are testers online, or post a test request here. Just have a tester test you, is really all there's to it. You'll have to read through the Testing Rubric, which is here. |

Btw, Tests obviously are done thru duels, are there any custom ban lists I should be aware of? Also, is it possible to do the test on YGOpro instead of DN? I don't like DN much  |

| 1. Please don't double post, I made that mistake before but I simply deleted the second post and added what I said in the second into the first by editing it. I would recommend that you do that from now on.
2. Hmm, well you have to follow the current ban-list of course, no OTK/FTK *One turn-kill, First turn-kill decks*, no Exodia, Burn, Mill or alternate win decks, take Destiny Board for example. You are also not allowed to use anything above tier 1.5 from the current ban list.
3. I am sorry to say that I do not have DevPro on this computer, I tried downloading it before, best way to describe it is that 'it doesn't like me'. |

But I don't like Dev :c so much unneeded crap when Ygopro is so simple >.< and I know it does but i'd much rather call them by their Actual Name. it's like refusing to call a foreigner by their given name and choosing to give em an entirely new name or simply americanize it. It just doesn't sit well. The first name I'm exposed to is the name I'll often keep. Like Archfiend Eater. Its name is Demon Eater but on the card it said Archfiend Eater. On the Dragon Star cards it says Dragon Star, not cosmic dragon or Yang Zing. Plus their original names sound better imo. @C.C. - Monster Genesis? o.o |

| 1. Yes Pendulums are out too, anything that is not TCG released you cannot use, and is therefore OCG.
2. Dueling Network is the best Dueling simulator to use for testing as the game rulings are not implemented, therefore it helps to test the teste's overall knowledge of the game. Eg: The last guy who got tested and tried using Stardust Dragon to negate Solemn Warning, I deeply apologize I cannot remember your name. ;-;
3. Duel Monsters Genesis is another dueling simulator that you need to download, its a third-person game.
4. I do have YgoPro on my other laptop, would prefer not to use it, haven't been on it in ages, probably have like 10 update patches I need to download lol. And also it has an automated ruling system.

| Duel Monster Genesis. Manual, like DN, but it's set in Domino City as an RPG duel game. You have your character, and can walk through the city, duel at all different places, such as Domino Highschool, the Graveyard, the waterway where Yugi won Slifer, of even the Duel Arena of Kaiba Corp. There even is an underground, which contains the old classed Duel Arena's of Pegasus.
