suddenly a mouth appeared on the shadow on nottu's wound.
it spoke
"hey, you there? nottu right? perfect this worked. i knew i would be able to talk to pride through this thing since i have one as well. but it turns out i can talk to everyone else that has it attached to them. so you want this thing off? i can tell you how to get it off. but first you have to do something for me."

"Where are we and what just happened?" Augusto asked.

"you don't recognize my voice? we were just with one another a few minutes ago... in the forest.
remember? i am the who will win the hunger games. my name is reaper. if you don't want to aide a being of darkness that is fine. because, i am not one.  i am not even a being. so what do you say? will you atleast listen to what i want? all i want is something that you will soon have to do anyways"

Droite, completely focused on the shadow that appeared from Nottu's wound, asks the reaper: "You say you are not a being... Then what are you?"

She looks at Nottu worriedly.

"in due time girl. nottu all i ask from you is a  duel,  a duel between you and that one guy... what was his name?.... aww yes, thecoolest.  Duel him and if you win i will tell you the secret to getting the shadow off. after all you don't think i would let him put the shadow on me if i didn't know how to get it off... so what do you say?  you'll have to duel sooner or later anyways"

"You're being reckless.. You have no idea why it is a soul that we're betting, not just our lives.. There's probably much more to this than just fighting to the death."

 She says annoyed.

"nope, well... its either him or that girl thats with you... i'll let you decide."

"Guys let's not do this no one needs to die no one deserves it." he said as he looked down.

"you should watch your mouth boy or i'll add you to his list of people he can duel to find out what he wants"

Augusto heard what the reaper said. Nottu asked Augusto something so Augusto answered with,"My name is Augusto." he said wiping tears from his face.

"Thanks Nottu and you too Droite." he said. "Just hard being alone without my sister and right now she has no one there for her but I will try to win to make her happy." he said.

Droite looks at Augusto, "I'm very sorry to hear that and I don't want you to lose you're life because of  what we have been thrown into.." 

Now looking at Nottu she removes her heels she's been in since she has awoken here.  She then removes her white buissines jacket and walks over to Nottu.  She wraps the jacket around Nottu's chest, concealing his wound and the shadow, then takes the sleeves and pulls them, tightening the jackets grip on Nottu's chest, she finishes by tying the sleeves of the jacket together tightly.

She stands up, and pats the sand off of her white skirt, and purple leggings.  "That's all I can do for now... I can't properly asses the wound, but this should also help nullify the shadow for as long as its covered.  This can give us some more time to think about what to do about it and what to do about reaper."

She walks over and picks her heels back up, and sits down with her back against the rock Nottu is sitting on, she then removes the spiked golden anklet from around her ankle and examines it, she whispers something to it, and places it back around her ankle.

She then looks over towards Augusto inviting him to sit.  

"I think we all need to take a break.  It will be Night soon." She says while watching the sun makes it slow decent toward the horizon.

Augusto couldn't sleep so he decided to watch. "Why do I have to be here why can't I be there for my sister." he said looking at the blue amulet his sister gave him. "I will win this for you and we will be happy." he said. He opened the amulet. He saw a picture of his sister and his parents and he then saw a note. "When was that there." he said. He got the note and saw it. It read "Remember I love you- Your sister your friend Ashley." "If only I cold write back." he said. He was slowly falling asleep.

Droite crawled over to Aj, and set his head on her lap, stroking his hair as he dozed off. 

"I wish you weren't here either." She says as she stared at the darkened sky as she materialized a swarm of Ulysses butterflies to patrol the beach so if anyone were to come there, they would detonate, releasing their bright flash bangs.

And she drifted off into the night.

Augusto heard something. He got up and walked. "This is not a good idea but it may mean food." he said. He was right it was a rabbit. He only had a pocket knife. After multiple attemps he killed the rabbit. "Sorry little fella but we gotta eat." he said. "Guys I have food!" he said holding the dead rabbit

Droite jumps up surprised, "wow, great job!" She says with a soft smile.

"It was hard but if I want to be useful I am going to have to provide for all of us." he said with a boost of confidence.

Droite materializes a small swarm if Morpho Butterflies.  

The edges of their wings glint in the dim moon/star light, as the edges of the wings were sharper than razors.

The small group of morphos dash through the air with surprisingly great speed, and cut of several limbs from the nearby tree.

 Droite brings them over to the rock they were sitting at, and arranges them, preparing to set them on fire.

She the creates a monarch which lands on the pieces of wood, and it combusts into flames, setting the pieces of wood on fire.

She then utilizes her morphos to carry off, and reduce the smoke put off.

Augusto began. "This is gross but I gotta be a man!" he said. He skinned the dead creature. "I am going to get some herbs which would make this taste better." he said. He got the herbs and put them on the meat. "Now let it cook for a few minutes." he said. "So Droite why are you here?" he asked while his glasses shimmered in the campfire.

"Why am I here...?" She asks slowly whilst glancing at her golden spiked bracelet on her right ankle.

 And then looks gently back at Aj through deep sad eyes.
