| So you use Citadel to collect more spell counters. Not sure why you would bother though. It doesn't help. |

| It does. You can remove counters from the Citadel instead from Library to get Library's effect. |

| Nottu, you can play the Citadel again, even if there is one on the field. The old one just pops. |

| Nottu, the Citadel gives you great draw power. In the best case you open Library and Citadel. Then you play 3 spells, mostly that let you draw, and both Library and Citadel get 3 counters. You remove 3 from Citadel to draw from Librarys effect and then you do the same with Library itself. Play the next Citadel once you draw it and repeat this till you have no more Citadels or Exodia on your hand. |

| Imo Citadel is a waste of space and running Toon- BEWD would be more efficient than having a random Toon World, if you REALLY want to play the Toon engine. There's better and more consistent engines for Exodia. |
