The fusion monsters in the extra deck are as follows; Contrast HERO Chaos, 2 Elemental HERO Absolute Zero, Elemental HERO Escuriado, 1 Elemental HERO Gaia, 2 Elemental HERO - The Shining, Masked HERO Acid, Masked HERO Dark Law, Masked HERO Dian, and last but not least, Masked HERO Koga.

I'm sure you all know my XYZ monsters but while I am here I may as well say them, Abyss Dweller, 2 Number 101: Silent Honor ARK, Evilswarm Exciton Knight.

Have you considered A Hero Lives? It's almost an essential in most, if not all hero decks.

You v.s opponent, 5 vs 6, turn one. Activate lives, special summon Shadow Mist, search. 6 v.s 6.
Set the mask change you searched and end. When the opponent draws, or whenever it's necessary, activate mask change on his turn. Search a hero via shadow mist and special summon Masked Hero- Darklaw.

^Chances are that the opponent would lose due to that one hero lives card. Now they have to deal with a darklaw (says no to bujin, lightsworn, dragon rulers, mermails)...(no turn one duality, tenki, etc.)

BEST PART: 7 vs 6 turn 2...

True, Shadow Mist's effect actually works with Mask Change, who thought? lol.

And yeah, I have considered using A Hero Lives, just haven't got around to testing it, I will do as soon as I log onto Dueling Network, thanks Edo. Smile
