Im doing a unique chaos dragon build with the dragon rulers, I don't have a deck skeleton yet but I'm coming up with ideas. Some ideas I have are using the white dragon wyverburster and black dragon collapserpent combined with Jewels of the valiant to fill up the grave with light and darks, I'm also only guna run one type of trap and that is royal decree. I'm going for an explosive but controlled variation without the milling lightsworn engine. Also if your guna just say it can't be done or anything like that then don't comment I'm only looking for constructive ideas
