Wrong place cuz. This goes in deck orientation.

It seems pretty good, although a few changes I would do would be:
- debris
- burial
- swords
- triple decree
+ double ashes
+ nebthet
+ shrine
+ curse of dragon

Extra:
- master of blades
+ pleiades

Just personal preferance but I have never found burial or debris consistent in hieratics and seven star sword is almost useless considering that your only target is one of the precious rulers.

Ashes are expensive and not really usefully. Imo.

so far I have only lost 1 match with em on dn. I run decrees because ashes are 20-25 a peace. I bumped out birdman for debris and it seems to be working. and the 7 swords and burial I actually have found very useful in it.

I'm not the best with hieratic rulers, but here's my oppinion on what to change.
- 3x decree
- 1x labradorite dragon
- 1x different dimention burial
- 1x swords ( again swords is player preference but i wouldn't recomend it in hieratic rulers )
- 2x cards of consonance
- 1x debris
- 2x wingbeat ( i would recomend just 1 wingbeat in this deck but you could get away with 2 but 3 in my oppinion is too much )
- 3x Upstart Goblin
In my oppinion you should add these instead
+ 1 luster Dragon (for 1 labradorite. It's a wind target or tempest discarding effect, also makes normals less of a possible dead draw )
+ 3 seal of the ashes ( ik its expensive but it works well with the deck ).
+ 1 swift scarecrow
+ 3 mst
+ 1 nebthet
+ 2x magic planter ( follows more of an ocg style of play but works well with Ashes and Fiendish chain
+ 2 fiendish chain
1x Dark Hole ( i personally just like having the card available in the main )

Again i'm not the best when it comes to hieratic rulers but I hope this helps.
