He kept a solid field, His defense was great. In 2nd Round however, he didn’t finish me off while he had light imprisoning mirror on his field. Which, after a while cost him game eventually (Was beat down by Laundsallyn. Got finished off by Honest).

Use of Cards: 18/20
Used his deck well. He locked down my trap cards 1st Round with Gyokku. Used Dragon to get Fire Formations to field. Kept a Tensen ready just in case I got anything to climb over his monsters. Used Transmodify to summon out Sparrow (Never have seen that done before).

Deck Consistency: 16/20
Your deck is good, but it could be a bit better. Hardly drew anything that wouldn't help him. (Swallow would still be rather dead in hand though.)
Deck Suggestions:
-Swallow (He is a level 5, you cant XYZ with him and you shouldn’t tribute monsters for him)
-Transmodify (If Swallow is out this wont be useful at all. No targets for it )
+Mystical Space Typhoon
-Stardust Spark (You can't really summon this you have no tuners for it)
-Stardust Dragon (Same reason as above)
-2 Effect Veilers

Tried to Effect Veiler a Normal Monster (My Noble Knight Borz with no equip cards). Other than that he was focused.

3. You would be surprised how many times Veiler's have saved my ass in a duel. xD

And you would be surprised how often Swallow comes in handy, although I am in a constant debate with myself to keep it at 2 or to reduce it to 1.

2: Boar can only summon fire type synchro monsters (Veiler cant summon high level monsters with the cards you have)

I can summon Stardust spark but its very coincidental and unlikely.

Sylv, I think they meant Stardust Spark Dragon, not the life-taking Sparks.

What I'd like to know is how the scores are still so good overall, considering TC said the build was bad up to a point where he even had cards he could barely use or basically not at all.
The fact that his answer just leaves things out ("3: (Filling this in a bit later)"] is just ... not good. To me, it looks like he has no idea what he is actually doing.

Thats because he doesn't have to judge deck build only use of cards and consistency and in fire fists even the bad builds can be consistent

He won by D/C. TC said very clearly "he hardly drew anything that would help him". If that isn't a downright "not consistent" I don't know what is. Yet, 16/20.
