When was this ruling and decision only YOU decided on made
When was his testers test, who gave it
what did he get, what is the reasoning behind it
etc. etc.
He is NOT a tester. You thinking he's a good player DOSENT make him legible for testing.
Rain is no longer a tester, and jason is planning on quitting his position as is, discluding the fact that he's much too busy with College work to even worry about ODA.
There are currently two testers : Slyveraine and myself, both of which are testers who work only when there are NO other options. |

| First off, Rose, cool it.
Second, Rose is right. You can't just MAKE Sasukat a tester, he has to take the tester's test. Even an ADMIN needs to take the tester's test if he wishes to test.
Third, Rose, am I right in assuming it's still the same? |

Yes. Everyone and their moms have to take a testers test before testing. The ONLY exception to this was Kyonaru, but he only does the occasional Orichalcos test, and we all know why he was an exception. |
