To everyone,
Nottu and myself have been kicked out of our residence and currently trying to find a new place. For a few days, weeks, or how ever long it takes, we will not be online. This was out of our hands therefore couldn't post properly. I'm sorry.

As for our staff positions, Nottu stated that we are keeping them but though we will be unable to post regularly. We will post as often as we can. Do not worry about us, we're fine.

Other people get stripped of their positions for longs absences but our all mighty Nottu can just decide that he and his dear wife keep theirs no matter what. Nice job.

The only thing appropriate from this post was the last line. I've gotten tired of your constant back-handed comments, blatant disrespect, and overall attitude.

Blazer was only stating our situation so everyone could be informed and not worry. According to ODA policy, so long as a member of Staff has given notice for a leave of absence, beyond their control or otherwise, they are entitled to retain their position upon their return to the site.

That makes a ton of sense

Actually I made a post about it. Talked to Nottu about it plenty of times. And everyoe else who talks to me at ODA knew why I was gone, and he says I just "dissapeared". I Even TOLD nottu in person, on the chatbox to demote me until I am able to come back, and He gives me the cold shoulder. not even including that he didnt even remember anything, I was demoded on the spot and quoted my posts as proof.

Aish, gallows is banned now. Imo i think he deserved but yeah... Might be small power aboose. While were all here, i may as well poor oil over the fire~ Nottu as an admin decided on the max 3 admins rule. Look what it's caused, those with power don't complain and try to justify others with power. Those who have lost it try to defend themselves but in the end can't do anything because they don't have power. What does this show? If you have power, u have the power to keep and take it away without question. Those without it are forced to argue meaninglessly because without power u can't establish it. Does that make sense or even seem fair? Nope. I don't see what was wrong with the admin system before. Those who were qualified were allowed to prove themselves and become admins. Now it's become a line for power. See now the problem with a line is once u get off it you need to go all the way to the back. Those who were good admins had to be put to the back of the line and the ones who were obviously less qualified (If they were more qualified they would have been admins before hand, w/o needing to use the absence as justification) end up filling in the space. Those with power realize that really was the ONLY reason they became admins. So imagine questioning a little kid who did something bad, they'll speak nonsense without confirming what they're saying only to keep the heat off them and get off the situation. Your seeing now that it's instinct. Just as the kids speak nonsense w/o double checking those with power are doing the same. I'm all for hearing what everyone has to say, but i know you have nothing left to say when you start making lies. Before anyone calls me out on being bias or some shit, Tai was completely against me being admin back when i first joined and i'm defending him, nottu n i are like bro's but i'm criticizing him also. As for C.C he's just a douc- BUT ANYWAY I feel as though the 3 admin rule should be abolished because it's only making people hate for rank even more, + there's NEVER an admin on chatbox anymore. Like evur... If you look at everything so far, there was no reason for tai to lose his position because he did just as nottu and blazer did. C.C. in desperation to keep his position tried to deny that but could not. This entire argument is brought about by that desperation. This desperation is all brought about by the 3 admin rule and intense competition.



~If it's tl;dr heres a short summary: Tai gave same reason as nottu/blaze, no reason to lose position. 3 admin rule caused intense competition so @'s tried saying bs to keep spots. Get rid of rule, everyone gets along.

every admin is hated on ODA because of many reasons  example : trolls,jealousy, , their lazy, they are **ck heads, people wanted a shot at power too. Im pretty sure their are many more reasons
I dont get it why people are only noticing now oh i know why because
they were once admins that got demoted they were no longer use to ODA anymore.
they thought others should suffer the same fate as themselves and felt this was a good time to
strike and somes just have common sense.

their was this weird admin guy that actually did a good job.
he stripped my admin powers away becuase i simply was lazy and not doing anything funny enuff 
i was the one who brought him in to the academy he crept his way to admin and banned a couple 
of power douches one of these power douches was very handsome and was pretty much the funniest guy EVER on DN (not gonna mention names tho) i was pretty much sure every body loved him but this weird new admin had sense and got the funny lovable guy banned that lovable funny got was angry so was the other guys that got banned. One of them shouldnt have been an admin in the first place but i wouldnt go in to that . so yeah the funny lovable guy got stripped from his powers and became a powerless guy that refused to be tested.
the weird new admin guy did a pretty cool stuff to the academy made new changes that the owner 
will never do in his life brought ODA back to life.
then a few of those guy he stripped their powers away started an uprising except for the funny lovable guy becuase had better stuff to do which was trolling in ODA chat box
but the uprising stood no chance against the weird new admin and was crushed.
Then something weird happened after a couple of months this weird new admin guy had complete control over ODA and he left ......
his excuses might not be enuff to cover up his true reason but i secretly think he left becuase 

he wanted all ODA members to grow up and stop being f***ing kids and grow and keep this place by them self and so they wont feel like hes the one keeping ODA alive he wants The members of ODA to be the one keeping this place up.

If you are weevil, like I think you were, I thought you were doing a great job already. You also had a few admin powers, i was only against it because you were new.
