"Attention Duelists, activity for this tournament has fallen. Due to this, an event will now be held for it."
"We seem to have miscounted are star chips and we are short some. Because of this, we will be having a small tournament for 10 star chips over at the castle."
"The winner will receive five of the chips. Second will be receiving three and third two."
"All those interesting in participating, please report to the castle immediately."
