An orphan that fled from his orphanage, managing to
survive on his on scrounging around in the alleyways of his hometown,
the town that was closest to the blast (you didn't name it, in the
thing, wanted to pick it anyway). Forced to live on his own after
fleeing the orphanage, he learned how to be quick to snatch what he
needed, and grew strong climing up the building. Most of his time was
spent on alcoves and rooftops when he could, and held for many of his
younger years a wish to be like the birds he saw up there and just fly
away from his problems. However, as he grew older he got into a lot of
fight with local street thugs. At first, it was simply because they took
to attacking him, they thought it was 'amusing' to pick on the kid. When he beat up the thug that picked a fight with him, his speed and strength earned from his climbing and running paying off, they started to try and pick a fight with him as a show of strength.
However, as he grew more adept at fighting, and stronger from it, he turned to seeking them out for
what they did. This lead to him accidentally protecting people from
crimes in progress. Although it wasn't his intentions, he did enjoy the
positive attention he'd get for doing it. He's got a bit of an arrogant
attitude, mostly from his constant victories aganst those thugs, and
will ocassionally try and taunt people into a battle just to try and
show off his strengths.

Born in a small town in Mississippi, Sasha grew up with a normal family life. Her father worked, her mother took care of her and her older brother Nicolas. However, her family had it's share of problems. Her father spent a lot of time drunk, and he wasn't a nice drunk, either, and ended up hitting the rest of the family when he did. Mother was seeing another man behind Father's back, due to Father spending too much time drunk and not enough on her (unless you count him smacking her around). Brother... Well, he took to selling drugs, trying to save up money as fast as he could so he could get away from all of it. Sasha herself seemed like a good girl, she never missed school and got good grades, and everyone that knew her said how nice and kind she was. But, she was hiding from them how badly her family's life effected her. She found a way to vent, one that was fun and so far only held a risk of hurting her - setting things of fire. She loved to take things; sticks, chairs, anything she could get her hand on; and buring it. A habit she carried with her for most of her life at home, along with a number scars from burns and shrapnel (may have roasted a few cans of hair spray). Her hobbie and her family life collided when she was 16. Mommy was at her boyfriend's home, brother was at a friend's, and daddy was drunk. The cops showed up later that night, along with the fire department. Sasha was standing outside, bleeding, as the house went up in flames. After treating her injuries in the hospital, she told them what happened. That he beat her almost to death in his drunkeness, and when she woke up she set the house on fire so he could never do that again. She refused to say more then that, and tried not to ever again say more then that. The doctors believe that more may have happened, due to brusing she had around her privates, but she would only get beligerant whenever it was brought up. With her family backing her story, along with several reported cases of domestic abuse, no charges were brought against her.

Although not a super-powered indivual, Alastar none-the-less acts like one. Alistar is actually part of a secret international agency that focuses on 'Supers'. Typically, they moniter them, working on contigencys and responses should they turn to threated the safety of the world at large. Due to this, each agent is trained to the best of their abilities to be as quick, quiet, and accurate as humanly possible. With the sudden surge of Supers after the 'Northwin Incident', Alastar and other top agents have been deployed to keep as close an eye on the situation. They figured the best way to moniter the situation was to send in agents to work alongside some of the new Supers, and have the agents spread out amongst some of the areas they've started to congregate around. Alastar, a crack shot on the firing range and skilled hacker, was issued a Class 4 Suppressor to along with three Class 2 Energy weapons. The Suppressor is basically a piece of technology to be worn on the person that generates a field solely on the target, ment to reduce impact damage and offer some protection from energy, so that a agent doesn't get killed in a single hit from a Super. The energy weapons are simple, two Pulse pistols and a Pulse rifle, that shoot concentrated energy in small spheres at a target. Each agent is ordered to never reveal their identity, and keep regular contact with their handlers. Alastar, to try and keep his affiliations a secret, is posing as someone that gain enhanced accuracy that his scope helps him justify and an improved intellegence that he used to make and maintain his gear. It's also an excuse on how he'd get any techology down the line, should he need extra resorces from the Agency.
