Honestly, you may just want to award OD, because getting tester, just for recruiting ten people will completely screw up our dorm systems. Trust me that sort of thing has been the downfall, or the limitation, of many academies. I would hate to see it happen to ODA.

Yugiho, to be an effective tester, yes, you need skill, but only to a certain degree. More importantly, you need to know your rulings, and you to know how to effectively judge your testee. I have seen great duelist come out to be terrible testers, because they make this type of decision: "I am right, he is wrong, I do not need to consider it", or "why does he run that card? It is terrible!" with the latter the card being ran is not even considered. I have also seen "I beat him, he is a complete noob", when the person really gave the tester a great run for his money.

I have also seen average duelists make amazing testers, because they pay attention, and display great judgement skills, while being insightful of why the opponant does what, and when.

hmm ok but i think there should be a dorm test every week i mean we need to move on we cant just stay in the same dorm 4ever

What you mean that's the point if you want to get into a better dorm then better
We can't have a dorm test every week. Then there's no point of testing people in the first place
