first of all You need to assign moderates and if you already have some you need to assign jobs different things for each of them heres a list of things thats needed below


Moderators Jobs - moderators needs special jobs

Team section - making teams recruiting members team duels

point system- for deck shops and duels within the academy am sure it takes the fun away giving decks away for free

Rewards - a place where u can use your points for special stuff

Graphic designs - which am up for the job if you need someone

Dueling instructor - this should be where someone can get personal help to up their game

more testers - as i seen its only a few

Weekly tournaments - This is important because its fun and we can get to know each thru these and improve are game while keeping us competitive

Academy wars - why you make the academy if no wars are started like whats the point of this with no wars?

Orichalcos Green - someway other member should be able to get in it besides higher power members whats it here for if only members with power can get in it,its like your teasing us we see it but yet we cant get in it am sure u get the picture

Updates - am not talking about weekly i mean like every 3 days or so

Last but Not least and yet the biggest one of em all is

Something Unique to the academy that no one else has if you ask me you have a academy thats the same as all the others you need to add something which makes the academy standout from the others,dont be a follower be a leader and thats real shit man not tryna bash you or anything

theres much more thats needed i just cant think of them right now i also hope the owner of this site doesnt ban me for giving help thats needed sorry but the truth is needed and if you cant handle the heat stay out of the kitchen bro real shit LOLZ.


and i guarantee if you add these things members will be more active and thats a fact because i was in another academy that was like this and once they got they shit together the academy grew and grew

This is like... perfect. I agree with everything here. But besides moderators we need other staff, like a judge of rulings (konami certified) and dorm leaders should be regular members, not adminastrators. Not only do admins have enough work cut out, but it gets more respect for the regular member, and they are still in the perspective of a regular member, so it is a much more effective leadership.

We will do the wars when we are more active and you as a gfx artist it's ok by me
The point system is already added.
The orichalcos dorm is not in the testing system because its not suppose to be easy to get in to
Like its there for the obelisk mostly like if we're doing a tourny to move up a dorm as a reward
So then obelisk can move up to orichalcos but really great ideas

also as far as improvements go we do also need new member and card of the months put up

Another suggestion: Yugiho, I hate to use you as an example, but there needs to be some sort of consequence for spam. I am getting absolutely sick of comments, like ik or true that do nothing to further the conversation. And if there is already a rule, we need some type of enforcementto it.
