Good news everyone!
After talking to Evil and Kev about this idea, we decided to start up an official YouTube channel for the academy!

The good thing about this is, that everyone involved with the academy, be it staff or a mere Slifer Red can help and produce content for our channel! So get that recording software ready and give us some nice things to watch!

If you want to participate in this project, simply PM me your idea for the kind of video(s) YOU want to make and we'll start from there!

This topic will be used as an update thread, so people that do not have a YouTube channel still get informed about new content as soon as possible! See you all on YouTube!

what uh..is some recording software thats easy to get and perdy damn efficient?

DXtory sbould work just fine. Or Fraps, but the free version has a 30second record limit, so if you don't wanna pay you would have to be a pirate. ;D

Alright, I need some creative input from you guys!
I am currently thinking about doing 2 weekly shows, one featuring a chosen deck list from an academy member and one about newest happenings in the world of YGO.
In between those 2 regular shows, I plan on doing a show featuring deck ideas, special combos etc.

And now is the thing: I need you to come up with some nice name for the shows! Please, nothing obviously stupid, trolling or totally over the top! PM me your ideas and once I have a few ideas, I'll open up a poll.

Also! Should you have any special deck you want to present to the academy don't hesitate to send me the decklist!

I don't have anything to do till 22.10.13 when I start university. Till then I've fot time, except whenever I am on a spontabeous trip all over Europe (and Asia maybe). So, I am pretty much sure that I can get at least 2 vjds done every week.
So, start sending me lusts and name suggestions guys!

Yo! Make a video on what to watch out for in the current meta and what to do to combat it. maybe talk about some concerns you have about it.

i have the app on my computer that can allow me to record but the maxium is 10 minutes
its called microsoft expression encoder 4 but i was thinking about doing an intro on the academy.

Unfortunatly my laptop is broken and I cannot record with my old desktop PC, so I'll have to put this project on hold till around next Thursday. Eastern is delaying everything.

Maybe for anyone who does a video for their ra homework, we could (with their permission of course) put the video on the site

If they are willing to upload, of course. I'd give em access to the account, for that time period.
