-The dominion of none other than Vent himself! Here, in the East wing of the Slipher Red dorm, Ventriloquist, or Ven as friend's called him, occupied room number 59. Upon entrance, one will find themselves stepping into a modest, yet snug little dwelling. It was true that the other dorms, Ra and Obylisk did indeed have fancier suites, but Ven managed to make this home.
The door way opened into a small hall like section that contained his closet to the left, where his clothes hing on the right, and a small mini fridge rested to the left in the corner. TO the right hand side of the doorway, was yet another door, behind which was the lavatory, and a small sink with a mirror.
Stepping past the hall, the room would open up quite a bit, though given it's rather quite size none the less, the obvious piece of furniture was the bed. A comfort fit queen size mattress blanketed with a black sheet and a blood red medium think quilt. The pillows, all four of them matched the quilt. Inter springs hurt his back, so Ven opt with the spacial comfy bed dispite the room it took up, and in fact, it wasn't too much at all, just more than some in the Slifer dorm had.
In the opposite corner, was a college style desk, a section in the middle for a chair to fit under, and drawers on either side. A Silver laptop rest closed on the desk unless it was occupied. Against the same wall, but further back towards the hall was a large, red Leather chair, with a very small circle top wooden table next to it, a rather "Clean" ash tray rest on the table, leading those who saw it to wonder if it was used...it was.
Finally, in the center of the room was a game chair, though at night Vent would place it against the wall towards the foot of the bed, where, also, high up was a 32 inch LED screen HD TV, a PS3 hooked up sat against a small square table underneath.
Besides a few pictures of himself throughout life, and a couple sports banners, and Trading Card posters. That was all there was to the room, though the closet did have it's secrets with a large black bag, few got to inspect, and a single 3 set drawer.
Anyone who came, when Ven happened to be there would be greeted with a gentle, calm smile, nothing extactic, just a pleasant hello and a quick show around. His collection of games was rather extensive, and for the more refined, he did have things like classy Tobacco's and some jazz records put away. But you'd need to get to know him first to learn all that. So without furthur adue. Welcome, to the grand opening of Ven's Room!-
