Ever since it has been announced that ODA is forming a War Team and will actually go to war with other academys, the same question has been asked various times: What do we get out of dueling another academy?
As this place and this game is first and foremost a place to have fun, duel many new people and improve the own skills it is quite obvious. We will get to duel tons of new people and compare our skills to the ones of other academys. Mainly it is a just for fun thing.
But what if we could actually get something big out of it?
My idea is to put a Reputation/Feature system up. Basically, both academys that go to war agree that the loser-academy has to feature a link to the winner-academy on their main-page for a certain time frame.
What do we get out of it? Well, fame and new members. We are gonna have a big spotlight, and therefore we will probably get more people checking us out and helping our cummunity to grow, because that is what this is all about isn't it?
