Hmm, not that I have the authority to accept a war or not but I am sure that ODA normally would accept, however we have just gone through a major spike in inactivity.

Actually, Darksoul, you don't. Lol. We usually just talk aout it with all Staff, n shet.

You're right, though. We are just coming back from a major inactivity, so we don't have the resources at the moment, to really use any good and proper duelists for a War.
We'd love to, I reckon, since it gives activity between Academies, but I think, personally, it would just e throwing the score away, if we were to accept it now.

So I guess, we'll take a rain check. Unless the other Staff can think of a majority as to why we should, and who all should be in. If they can, by all means.

I worded that horribly, what I meant was "Not that I have the authority to accept wars on ODA's behalf but I am sure that the  academy would normally accept."

And as for the staff chat/discussion on the matter, not sure if my opinion counts atm * ;-; * but it is a +1 from me.
