2 Level 4 monsters You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; change it to face-down Defense Position. You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card, then target 1 other face-up card on the field; shuffle it into the Deck. You can only use 1 "Castel, the Skyblaster Musketeer" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
We all know this card, a new asset to Staples for Rank 4. Both Maestroke, and Tiara Misu, in one card, just not as powerful, Castel still has a lot of use in many decks. Being able to shuffle a face-up card into the Deck, and being a generic Rank 4, makes it a lot more useful to other decks than Tiara Misu ever could be. Harpies, Gadgets, name the Lv 4 Deck, and this is your man. Also able to set ANY monster on the field face-down, including your own Mega Hamster or Ryko.
And then, its stats. Not the best, admittedly. Only 2000/1500. WIND / Winged Beast. Makes it Icarus Attack fodder, in case it's needed. It looks awesome, and simply adds up a new staple to your generic Rank 4's. A small Tiara Misu for everyone. Ain't that just nice?
If you agree to the comments, or want to add/correct anything, feel free to point it out and start up a discussion. Good luck! |

| I personally love this card. Its a mix of a bouncing 101 and a maestroke. Its cheaper than 101 irl and can be really useful. Its generic so almost all decks can make use of it if they run lv 4's. Its a good problem solver overall, not much else to say. |

Pretty good, imo To be honest, I used it too just not as much as everything else... I really only saw the detach 1 effect. Which...was useless to me . Flipping things facedown is not useful unless you are using ghostricks! But then I realized it's not half bad . To be honest though....I run SHARK above him though. |

| Sounds cool, I can run it in any of my decks and solve the attack issue with Axe of Despair. High attack AND good effect. If it were a number, then I'd spam Number Overlay Boost to keep it's effect useful. |

Not me, I run 2 101's in most cases and 1-2 copies of Castel. |

Not me, I run 2 101's in most cases and 1-2 copies of Castel. How do you find so much space :/ I find it hard normally to make space for 2 101 let alone 2 of each. Even more so when I run Hero's... Fusion spaces :/ |

| As a general rule, the only number I run is 82: Heartland Draco, being that it's a Dragon, and easy to summon. plus it's effect can be useful in a pinch. Hey, it could be next week's COTW! |

| I disagree with putting 82 as CotW as it's only a tech for some people that play lots and lots of either equips or continuous spells. That's why it shouldn't be in my opinion. |

True although you don't need lots of continuous spells, just need a few. If you have space run it in a deck that runs Tenki, Supply squad, shard of greed etc or even a field spell. If you don't have a spell face-up, simply don't make it since its a extra deck card hence it can't be a dead draw. That said, compared to other cards, this is just a tech as you said and not a staple. |

| Just saying that if you want IT to be a viable choice and not be dead in your extra for more than half the time, then you can play it in decks as you said, but even those decks will usually never play it. |

True but I usually add it if I have enough spells that stay on for long enough because 2k is a really nice finisher. Very specific example: Topdecking Tenki into Wolfberk into No. 82 is so nice. I know its situational but if it can be useful sometimes then its worth it to Me, IF I have space in deck. |

| i think the bigger problem is that that's the only number you run instead of anything like 101. That right there just makes you sound like a horrible player |

| I don't need numbers. I've got Azure Eyes, Five Headed Dragon, Blue-Eyes Ultimate, Blue-Eyes Shining, and Slifer. As well as a whole bunch of awesome Spells/Traps and Dragons. I think my deck's fine. As well as my dueling skills. |

| let's not start about what skills you may or may not have, as you haven't shown any. also, nothing personal, but the deck you just listed sounds horrible. |

| 1) Defending mah skills. 2) As a general rule, it would suck. But, I use a lot of cards that allow me to special summon my most powerful dragons. Such as Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. Also, I use low level high attack Dragons like Alexandrite Dragon to wipe my opponents' life points or to defend until I draw REDMD or Blue-Eyes. So far, I've done pretty good. |

Eh, not to bee harsh but that sounds like a fun decks rather than a skillfull good one. Unless you run dragon rulers, mythics or some sort of support engine, it just won't be as good as other decks. I know I am being "that" guy but you said its powerful so I am just explaining myself why its not the case. For example if I started playing vanilla Heros and called it powerful since I can use poly and make powerful beaters and stall with clayman... that's not the best deck compared to bubble beat which is 10 times more consistent and powerful. I mean I still love Vanilla Heroes but I still won't call it a "powerful" deck because its not. Same goes for normal blue eyes deck. |

| I'll second that.
Slifer, it's nothing against you personally, but you have to look at the bigger picture, instead of looking at just your own deck. Don't take all this criticism as a bad thing, take it as tips you can learn from. Except from Beelze, everyone knows you can't take him seriously. |

| I'm not taking it as a bad thing. I accept your criticism, as it does have basis. Like I said, in most cases, my deck isn't powerful, but I do have several support cards and a Dragon Ruler. I don't really see why Dragon Rulers are so good. Mine's got good attack, but it sends itself back to the hand if special summoned, which doesn't work with my play style. I'm probably gonna change the deck up later, and add some other cards. |

| Dragon Rulers are good because of their ability to adapt. They can be used as Lv 7 fodder for Xyz Rank 7. Or Synchro Lv 8 or higher. Or as discard for something like Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, and still be able to use them the same turn. They can be beatsticks, mostly Blaster and Tidal. Their side effects are usable too. Blaster's destruction, Tidal's ditch, Redox's reborn, Tempest's search.
If you look at it, all in all. They're pretty good. And damn well versatile. |
