ODA closing down for revamping

As you all know, I am the fluffiest of all fluffs: Fluff Fluff. I'm making this topic a few days in advance to let you guys all know about something important. Some of us have mentioned it before to some members but the time has come to announce it to one and all: ODA will be closing down on Friday the 23rd for maintenance and revamping.

As I'm sure some of you may have noticed, ODA's activity has been severely lacking to standards that we don't want. There are multiple things that need to be redone with the site in order to keep people interested, create initiative, and keep activity up. Don't think of this as a sad thing; think of it as something exciting!

When ODA returns (a date yet to be announced) we will have much more content and things to do. A few hints at things we have planned:

-Better use of the ODA arena
-A better ODA league
-More discussions threads
-Better GFX
-and much much more!

We will be working to finish ODA as soon as possible in order to get everyone back here and get this forum more active than ever. As I mentioned; the 23rd will be the day ODA closes temporarily. If you need to reach me with any questions or concerns after the 23rd, I will be available on DN or skype occasionally. I will also be on VDA from time to time. Any other staff may leave contact info if they wish on this thread if regular members want to get in touch for any reason.

As far as the YCS between VDA/XDA/NA/YGODA goes, all whom are participating in the tournament will be available on DN instead of ODA for their matches. Being pretty active on VDA, I'll let members of ODA know who they are facing through DN and try to get the matches underway myself.

I hop in and out of our affiliated academies from time to time. Not too terribly often but with the site closing for a bit I'll most likely be at one of them at least. I'm easy enough to find in any of those place, name is Ventriloquist still in all of them.

Oi! Will I have access to the forum during this time?

EDIT: We need a way to keep the members informed of the status of the revamp. Perhaps a chat through chatango or Skype. DN does work if needed, but I'd like a way to keep everyone in one place and inform them all at once. I'd say have them chill at another academy for the time being, but that idea may not be too popular Razz

There's no need to miss us as if we'll be gone all that long. Consider this a grand re-opening of ODA. When we re-open, it'll be bigger and better than before.

Okay guys are you replacing the gfx? If so can i use your guy's announcement gfx for my acad since my acad is about dragons?

You'll need to track down the creator if the GFX for that one. His name is White Rose Dragon on here (unless he changed it) but without his permission, I don't want to give out the rest of his info.
