| -2 draining shield + 2 of any other card. No but seriously remove those for some staples. Double fiendish maybe? Solemn? Book of moon? Literally anything but shields. |

| Well, this is kind of customized to fit me, and I make pretty good use of Draining Shield. But you can customize it to make it your own! |

| Do keep in mind when ever anyone says that sort of thing
-x amount of y card.
+x amount of y card.
It's only suggestion. You are of course entitled to your own play style, your own deck, and your own individual genius.
However, in the same right people will always want to argue that your deck could use this or that. And in my opinion you could have better cards that are less situational and replace them with more constant ones. Perfect example being that I still think you should run fiendish or breakthrough if you prefer over something because your deck has very little protection against effects.
If anything, and you want a similar card. I'd suggest dimensional wall over the draining shield because it's arguably one of the best burn cards there is. Kinda opposite drain shield but similar none the less. |

| Not trying to sound mean but as a dragon duelist myself i have to say. This deck will get slaughtered competitively and even for a fun deck it needs major revisions. If I were you i would figure out what direction i would want to take with the deck, look up a few deck profiles on youtube, tcgplayer, pojo, or somewhere else to make sure you at least understand the decks engine and make sure you are running the core cards. Also remember the deck must be consistent ( how often you get good hands and can make good plays ), it must flow well (how well your cards work with each other to make plays), and it must have cards to slow down/stop your opponent ( cards like effect veiler, fiendish chain, mirror force, skill drain, etc. ). There's alot more to it than that but thatsv what i would start off with first. Hope it helps. |

| Since these him rods want to be vague, and I already offered you advice in the form of plus minus. I'll help out again a bit. I'm under the impression you want a blue eyes dragon ruler deck? That's fine. Nothing wrong with that I like the old dragon myself. But yea, basically what these guys are trying to say, and sort of what I've been at the whole time is although your deck is creative, you have too MUCH tech choices and not enough staples. Since this is blue eyes I'll talk about one card in particular real fast. Maiden with the eyes of blue I honestly hate that card... When she came out, man she was boss. People flipped tables because it made a formerly fairly difficult monster to summon, and quite legendary in his dragon is status alone, easy as he'll to spam out... Then everyone started using her, and everyone got used to seeing blue eyes spam, and the fear and hype just sort of died down. Unless they have a plan to stop your blue eyes, or are just dumb... No one is going to activate your maiden for you. This makes her a good stall card, but a terrible card to rely on in my opinion. Because in my opinion hopping for your opponent to screw up is always a bad thing. And yea, forbidden lance and dress are cards but eh, still maiden was designed with the idea either person could set her off, and since her popularity it's basically made half of that concept useless( your opponent won't set her off without a plan) So anyway, I approve of you not running her is what I'm saying. Maiden can still be a great card, I know plenty of people myself included who do and can use her. She just pisses me off sometimes and I've made builds myself without her that I like just fine... Anyway sorry for the rant, here's just some suggestion as to possible cards you could use. Not guna tell you you have to use them, or what to takeout just ideas. Effect veiler Maxx c Book of moon Silvers cry Trade in Cards of conscience |

Can't now. Since others have posted on it. Don't listen to vent this time.... Maiden with Blue Eyes is one (IF the not the best) way to summon Blue-Eyes. Without wasting too much and giving you the ability to synchro summon! Who cares if your opponent doesn't want to set it off? Do it yourself. It's not that hard . Plus as Vent says, she buys you something that can destroy your opponent, an indispensable need in which you can't part with. What is this miracle elixir? Time. Also your opponent can waste a TON of cards (Or just some good ones) on just that 1 little maiden. Dark hole, Lightning Vortex, Torrential Tribute etc. It's quite a pesky card to be rid of. Which is why you SHOULD run it . |

| Hey hey, I never said the person shouldn't run it! Only that I was interested in seeing they didn't! In fact I even mentioned the good points of the card. But yea. It really is good. So running it is never bad. Also don't delete your post xD. This is why you work on these sorts of things :p just make a new post and say something like "Deck updated" and then post the update pd version of the deck in your new post AND go to your original post, hit edit, and replace the old image with the new one. |

I'm sorry, Yuya, but i have to disagree, The best way to summon blue eyes is this: first, summon a lo level/high attack dragon tye such as Alexandrite Dragon, Banish it to Special Summon Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and use it's effect to summon Blue Eyes from your Hand or Graveyard. Then equip blue eyes with Intruigue Sheild and Rider of the Storm Winds( a tuner so good for Synchro Summons) to make it invunerable, and able to inflict Peircing Battle Damage. |

And you're going to get REDMD every duel? ._. If you're running Alexandrite + Rider in your deck you're either using a fresh budget Blue-Eyes structure deck or you just shouldn't be running it at all. |

The neither, my deck was originally a blue eyes deck, i haven't gotten aroundto fully rebuiling it. anyways i draw Red Eyes Darkness almost every duel so of course i'm using that often |

| maiden is still overall a more consitant way to get blue-eyes out. Reason being there are 3 maidens in the deck and only 1 redmd. Maiden I believe can special blue-eyes from hand, deck, or graveyard and redmd requires you to already have one in grave or in hand. Another issue is that you lack protection cards so if redmd gets hit with warning, bottomless or something then its gone for good and there goes the "best" way of consistantly getting blue-eyes. On the other hand, if maiden avoids bottomless trap hole ( making that one less card to worry about ), and even if your opponent gets rid of it you can still have up to 2 more in your deck meaning you still have chances to get BEWD out. Don't get it twisted though, redmd is definitely a good card and is arguably one of the best dragons in the game ( hence why its limited), the things i said was just me putting my 2 cents in. I understand you have opinions on cards but if people recommend more than once a certain card its probably worth trying. |

On top of that Maiden barely has to sit around half the time to bring out Blue-Eyes. Wonder Wand, Skill Prisoner, Influence Dragon, etc, can easily trigger Maiden's effect and potentially lead to Blue-Eyes/Azure-Eyes turn 1. I know in the fun Blue-Eyes build I have that I abuse Maiden terribly using these methods. REDMD is a great card but half the time I barely need to use its effect if its concerning Blue-Eyes. |
