|  i have yet to see a deck seriously use the splendid angel/royal decree combo, so i thought i'd try and make one. also i wanted to put in some way to lock spells and effects too (and opposing special summons hopefully). what you see right now was made literally a half hour before this post. i want get some input before i take into serious play. |

| If you're gonna use Decree I would really cut out the Mirror Force/Magic Drain. I'd also cut back Decree to 2 but that's just me. 3 Decree always seems a little cloggy to me. |

| I don't like this combo really  sorry dude. Seems kinda inconsistent to me. BUT it gives me an idea to combo parts of this with a fantasia deck! |
