| Can you believe its been 12 years since this game first came out for TCG? Neither can I. Today I propose my next tournament up for feedback from you guys. A tournament where we duel using the format from the first year yugioh was made: 2002.
So what will this tournament consist of? It's pretty lax compared to most of my other tournaments. I can't even really say there's things like "no alt win conditions" because back then there was only exodia. Hell, if you could manage to get exodia back then you were either beyond lucky or you cheated ._.
The format we'll be following is October 2002, right after Magic Rulers was released in TCG. Here's what we'd be looking at for our banlist: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/October_2002_Lists
Ever wonder why some of this shit is banned? Here's your chance to find out from hands on experience. This'll give some people the idea of what it was dueling back in those days. I've been dueling since this game came out on and off, and I gotta say I'd love to host this tournament to relive the past.
I'd love to hear input on this. What do you guys think? Would you be up for a tournament like this? Let's hear your thoughts! |

| I really dont wanna relive those days XD. One mirror force was literally game ending ans stuff like summoned skull were op is just something i found annoying :l |

| There was stuff to deal with Summoned Skull though. Keep in mind Fissure, Man-Eater Bug, Raigeki, Dark Hole, Trap Hole, Mirror Force, etc. It was an ancient time in yugioh but there were ways to get over the 2500 beater :0 |
