Hello, my ODA friends. Some of you know me, others may not.

For those who don't, I'm the former Head Admin (currently 2nd-in-command) for Vylon Dueling Academy, the #1 academy on forumotion as of now. As of recently, we are now affiliates, and I'd like to propose a war to commemorate our affiliation, similar to the tournament that was held in order to honor your affiliation with RDA ~~that I totally won~~. The rules for the war (if you choose to accept) would be:

• 6v6
• 12 Hearts per team
• Banned Decks: Any alternate win deck and Burn.
• TCG format ONLY.
• April 2014 format.
• All duels done in 2/3 match
• Decks Locked after win

Under the fact that Rose is like inactive or some shit + Hero gave me the permission, I'm taking over war adjudicator for the time being. On behalf of the war team and all of ODA, we accept your war request. May the best war team win.

We're prob gonna need some new members to replace some old ones. I know Niko is away on break at the moment and Ryuk is somewhat inactive. We may need to either cut back the number of people on VDA's team or just find replacements. I have some people in mind.
