| First topic message reminder :Hello, welcome back to ODA's 9th locals. We are starting from scratch again since the regionals are over. That means there will be a new list of top local players that will join the regionals this time. In the locals 16 people may join, 20 OD for taking part. No stall, burn and alternative win condition etc. TCG only. The locals will be done over the entire day on Saturday, so please don't sign up if you can't be online that say.
