| First topic message reminder :So we're going to start the sign ups for a new event that I plan on organizing here. It's known as the ODA League.
So what is this? Basically it's an event I've noticed on other academies that I think would boost morale here. If any of you are familiar with pokemon (why am I even saying this ofc you all are) there is typically 8 pokemon gyms per region along with the elite four and the champion. We're going to use the same process here. Basically, this tournament will be to decide who is worthy enough to be called champion, part of the elite four, or a gym leader.
What we will be doing is having each person of power be almost like a test. If you beat that person in a match you can claim their badge and it'll be added to your profile for people to see. In order to face members of the "elite four" you must first obtain the 8 badges from the gym leaders. You can face said gym leaders in any order you like. You may also do the same for the elite four. However, like I said, you must beat all gym leaders before you can challenge those of elite four status and must beat all elite four members before you can face the champion, respectively.
What I'm planning to do is host a tournament for those interested in these spots. We'll need a total of 13 people, however more can sign up than that. Based on how well you did in the tournament, positions will be assigned. Obviously, whoever wins this tournament will be the champion and we'll organize it from there.
So what are the rules for this tournament?
1. TCG, decks locked, april 2014 format, matches w/ siding, no Exodia/burn/mill, alt win condition, etc
2. No decks are banned besides the ones listed above in the first rule. Don't join if you're gonna be inactive.
This tournament will take place a week or so from today (I may even start it on Friday but i'll let you all know). If not enough people sign up for the spots I can adjust them but I'd really encourage as many to sign up as possible. It'll be a great honor to be part of this academy as a gym leader, a member of the elite four, or the champion. The winner of this tournament, along with becoming champion, will receive 500 OD and a 1 week glow.

| Good good. Now we just need Kill and Bloodedge to duel and we'll have our lineup. From the way it's looking right now, here's what we have:
8th gym leader: Flame
7th: Muh
6th: Hero
5th: Darksoul
4th: Don Patch
3rd: Fluff Fluff
and 2nd + 1st are yet to be decided. If it wouldn't hurt to ask, I'd also like to see what decks you guys will be using as gym leaders. No two can have the same deck. Seeing as Flame won, I'll let him choose first and we'll go down the ladder from there. I'll end up making a separate post for this gym leader shit soon.
Btw Flame is now awarded 500 OD and a 1 week glow. |

| Mk so I waited long enough for this to happen. Vent is taking Bloodedge's place since he's like inactive or something. So that makes Kill 2nd gym leader and Vent 1st. Now I need decks from Kill, Hero, and Tc and I can make the official thread for this. |
