No, I won't take that back, for example in the anime you are allowed to normal summon a monster in defense mode face-up.

The way I keep doing it is simple, easy, and HORRIBLY annoying.

Every time I touch my Tier/Rogue decks.  A noob is 79% likely to appear.

well i have an opposite effect everytime i touch a deck theres 89% chance it will be somone with around double my rating and triple my wins

I find sooo many noobs, that's like all I find :p. I can't even just go into rated, cause even the rated players I find are noob, even when they have literally 5x my rating. Unless I'm testing a fun deck like Flint Exodia, then I'll find a bunch of meta
