honestly i still may not run astral force

Is it me or does this effect seem overly useless? ._. I would think of at least 10 other rank 4s that could take that things place and be 20x more useful.

the whole point of this thing is to use with astral force to double rank up into any xyz u want

The only thing I can see this being good for is Felgrand. The fact that you'd have to discard 2 cards to get that thing to rank 6 then use Astral to make Felgrand seems like a huge process when you could just overlay 2 rank 8s. I mean that's a random example but even this thing with Astral Force doesn't seem intimidating. A huge hand disadvantage for an upgraded xyz doesn't seem too worth it to me.

make it discard for effect instead of cost :3

if ur a crazy person u can discard 4 and summon Super dimensional robot galaxy destroyer

The kind of person that would do that would be the same person that would discard majority of their hand to summon Montage Dragon. One little Torrential Tribute, D prison, Compulsory, etc and their big move is done :s

It COULD be useful but I just rarely see a situation where it could be. Personally if I need a rank 4 I'll pop out a Maestroke myself >.>
