I really wish I could draw, because I use to love it. I gave up because, I could never draw faces nor hands.

Well Kiddo, I think tutorials are the only way to really improve. If you have a teacher, ok, but a person can't progress on their own if they're not lead by something, and tutorials lead you to some great new stuff

Thanks Fubuki, Hopefully I can find a great teacher and some good tutorials. I'd really like to get back into Drawing.

actually *self taught* just practice as much as you can i counldt do hands either then one day i stared down my own one and really paid attention to how it looks and moves

I'm not going to rant here, but I just have something to say.

Drawing is art. Now, none of us have an aptitude for all forms of art, whether it is literature, drawing, music, or anything of the like. My personal piece of advice is to find "your" art. Because no matter what, I will never stop believing that every person to ever live has an aptitude and creative genius for some aspect of art. That said, there is no such thing as "good" or "bad" art. I'm not one who is much into visual art, but so what you aren't good with people? Maybe your talent and happiness reside in something more abstract. Maybe you would prefer doing landscapes or still lives. Maybe you could do something all your own and completely unrecognizable. My favorite piece of visual art of all time is Starry Night painted by Van Gogh. In that painting, he did not care about making the perfect shapes, angles, or scales. He just let his mind and hands flow, expressing in that painting what could be seen by him as the state of his mind.
