Could someone plz explain sky scraper to me I can understand a little bit of it the part I can understand when a elemental hero attacks if the attack is lower then the attack target its gains 1000 attack when it attacks but when its elemental how how many attacks would it get that part i dont understand

It gets 1000 attack points, say Elemental Avian attacked a Reborn Tengu with 1700 attack, Avian being 1000 attack would gain an extra 1000 attack points and be boosted to 2000 attack due to Skyscraper. However Skyscrapers effect only works if your Elemental HERO attacks and is not attacked by another monster.
