Ok, so uh, guys. I was talking to someone from ODA, I think it was Dev. Anywho, he says Mythic Rulers are not as consistent as Pure Rulers, so to see if he was right, I decided to try out my Pure Rulers again. After 10 playtests with each deck, I decided my Pure Rulers were more consistent. I just want to know where people stand on this, and if I am noob and completely wrong?

You can run the mythic engine in pure rulers. 1 Wood 1 Water, you're good to go.
That's really all you need.
2 cards in main and 2-3 in the Extra deck. No biggie.

If you want to base a whole dragon deck on mythics, you're probably not gonna get a consistent one. 3 wood and 2 water never work well. You deaddraw them too much and they're not worth the space imo when you can just get both whenever you need them by having 1 copy of each.

Well in my build I was running 2 Wood and 1 Water, since Wood has more available combos like Wood + Debris = Queen Dragun, as well as changing his level to Tidal. Would that still lead to inconsistency?

It's preference. I prefer 1 Wood since that's all I will ever need. And it's also more "cosistent".
If you want a rank 7 just search wood. If you want a rank 8 just search wood and water. Easy as that. You don't need a spare wood you will probably never use anyway.
