| Hi everyone. Some of you know me and some of you don't. I'm Blazer Slater and I use to be known as the Rainbow Girl of ODA. Well, I use to be super active, a mod, and a friend to a lot of other members. Well, as some know, I became homeless a while back and lost a way to have internet to stay active.
Finally, after I hit rock bottom, I got myself a job. I'm returning to the workforce which to where I'll work anywhere from 8 to 12 to 16 hours a day. Sadly, I won't have anytime to be on ODA. I have to pull every hour they hand me so that I can take care of myself and get a place to call my own.
I want to thank those who helped me become a better duelist. I want to thank those who made me feel like I was doing something awesome for the short time that I was here. I also want to thank my haters. Remember, haters make anyone famous.
The rave is over, the glow sticks have lost their glow and I'm beat. Thanks ODA, for everything.

| A very sensible descision that I can only respect. Not because you are leaving ODA, but rather because you are prioritising what is truly important and you go as far as leaving a hobby of you behind for the moment. There would be plenty of people that would rather keep dwelling in the Internet, to forget their problems, instead of actually getting up and not only facing their problems but trying to solve them. I think this is a very adult descision and probably one you should have made a while ago. It is sad, when you have to leave behind something you enjoy and have been doing for a while, but sometimes that is the sacrifice you have to make to advance. In that regard, props to you, Blazer. I wish you the best. |
