I could try my best but I have never built them or used them and it would likely take awhile to do it. Plus the fact I've seen them only once so I would have to do some homework on them.

This is just the non-tested version. I don't have much time to test, revise, and repeat so I thought I would just give you something for a base and let you go off of that. You can replace a few monsters with lightsworns, but add another phantom if you do so. You can also add another norleras and a trade-in or two for some draw power, it helps you dump norleras and draw. It was such a rare deck I couldn't find anyone for advice so I hope you like it.
