A few things:

1: No REBMD?
2: This is the Sync variant right?
3: Do you need breakthrough skill?
4: I think you shouldnt main Maxx "C" you don't get draws off yourself  and not many SS as much as E-Dragons 
5: I think you should add another 7 swords and take out 1 super regen cause draw power is everything
6: I think you should also side LADD he is great for beginning of the game or a finisher when they have heavy backrow
7: Everything else looks fine, don't get why you have armory arm in the side, I would switch it for thought ruler archfiend.
8: I think you should side for things like Jowgen or Ophion, They can be a pain in the neck for this deck and blaster cant always have your back.
9: Decree is a good idea cause you dont main much traps.

Maxx C and Veiler are a must in most decks nowadays. You can just side it out game 2 if you think it's not needed.

Rejuvenation is the best card of the deck. Most people only main 1 sword anyways. It's not as good as you think it is.

Not needed. LaDD is obsolete in this time and format. He'd just be wasting side deck space.

Ok, so. The main deck looks fine, although I would switch out Return from the D.D. and a Breakthrough for a REDMD and a Flamvell Guard (lv 1 tuner searchable by Blaster).
Extra: -1 Stardust +1 Maestroke or Gem-Knight Pearl. You need those to get over Ophion.
The side deck is bad. You need to work on that. 3 of everything isn't always the best choice. Remove all 3 Exploder Dragons, 1 Vanity's Fiend, 1 MST and 1 Droll & Lock Bird. Add 2 Tsukuyomi (for Ophion), 2 Stygian Dirge and 2 Decree.
Should be good.

Thanks kyo, I just threw a side deck in there. And as for not running Ladd he is to risky. You can use break through skill on him when it's in the grave go big eye and the take it. Next turn your opponent has to waste cards to get over it.

funny thing about this archetype is you can get so many wins just by people scooping.

Yes, but remember that having a hell of a deck doesn't mean you will be able to win most of the time. That comes from the player's skill.

you should also mention skill breakthrough does help against ophion even if its in grave. but you have the general idea. i dont think the maestroke is a bad idea but you would need 2 level 4s to do it so skill breaktrough is a better choice instead of doing maestroke.

Breakthrough at 3 clogs a lot. Personal experience.
Also, you don't really need stardust this format, and more outs to Ophion are always good, right?

Hmm now that i think about it, dark hole would only hurt big eye but im sure you would go for drago-sac first.

No one mains dark hole anymore, it's useless this format.

Nope I'm not.

Hm, I wouldn't say it's entirely useless. Sure, against something like Spellbooks or E-Drags it's pretty useless, but against most other decks it has its uses.

None of the meta decks need Dark Hole. They can easily crush any other deck.

True, none of the meta decks literally NEED it but I wouldn't say it's USELESS, and saying that nobody runs it is a bit of a broad statement.
