Updated the following things:

- Added a Welcome PM message for newly registered users. New users get a Welcome PM with various things they can do with links to each important section of the Academy. (Rules, Introductions, Duel Arena, etc)
- Put in image for ODA Duel Arena
- Made and added rules for ODA Duel Arena duels
- Put in text for all forum sections beside their image on the main index page.
- Added "Introductions and Farewells" section + image for it.
- Added image for New PM button.
- Edited "COTW" (Card of the Week) so it looks better.
- Added rank images for each rank. (Slifer, Ra Yellow, Obelisk Blue, Orichalcos Green, Moderator, Administrator)
When putting someone in a dorm, ie; Obelisk Blue, you must go to ACP > Users & Groups >Search Users > Search "jamontoast" for example, > Click on name > Scroll down to bottom > Beside "Rank Title" click the drop down menu and assign the appropriate rank.
