When is the best time for a weekly Locals/ Live Tourney?

I'm posting this so I can figure out a date and time for a weekly tourney that we have every week. Its meant so people can have fun, test their decks, and much more! If need be we can even set restrictions on meta and decks that are know as tier 2 or have too much standing power alone (Chaos Dragons, mermails, Agents) to have a "friendly" environment depending on how the event runs averagely.
So post what day you can be on and what time you can be on actively weekly.

if spellbooks, edrags, and verz were banned it would be a lot more fun, but nothing else needs to be banned
