Ok I am terrified to be banned because of saying this XD

I have noticed that people, sadly one being an admin, wil just get on a topic and post XD or np or something else dumb, that does not contribute to the conversation. I am just asking, can someone make a rule against this? Every time I log on and start to post somewhere I see all this spam, and it makes the site just ugly. It irritates me so much to see this, that I almost quit ODA? Yes I know it is an overreaction, but the site is nearly completely empty, not many rules, regulations and systems, yet there are so many so called active topics that do not have one single, useful peice of information, or one thing that contributes to the topic. Honestly, just by looking at the site many people don't like it because of the spam.

Hmm okay understood I know who the admin is anyway
So there will be a rule for spam against everyone I think there is anyway
