Welp if you're not sure if it's down or it's just you then click this link and check: http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/duelingnetwork.com.html

If it says it's down for everyone then it's down for everyone.

If it's up and you can't get on still then there's two options:

1. Be patient (possibly it isn't fully up for everyone around the world)
2. Clear your cache then refresh
