sadly, its looking like this list is real, with the v-jump being released in japan with this list in it.
i thought it was fake at first to but now i kinda believe.

and with the big hit on e. drags, does big eye really need to go to 1?
only thing i like is mirror force is at 3.

List cant be real. Baby dragons are the only reason rejuv is a problem, no need to ban those AND rejuv.

Rejuv itself is a degenerate card Weevil, it had to come down the house someway or another.

I hate dragon rulers

Anyone who LIKES Dragon Rulers does not truly enjoy Yugioh

Because all E drag users have the same mind set, which is; "How can I kill you in five turns or less?"

What can be fun about spamming a total of 6 Big Eye and Draccosac? It's not. Same duel every time and WAY over powered....

I duno, call me old school but I much more enjoy more themed decks, powering up your cards and struggleing on both sides for the win (although Edrags is themed you just go into a random rank 7 spellcaster and it no longer is lol.)

But yes, if this is real its amazing. Without the babys e drags will surely fall and Im very happy to see them gone. Hopefully, Konami gets around to making the game more INTERESTING, not more OP. I understand the desire for money. But ermahgerd you can get money by making pretty much any awesome deck, haha.

Tenki at 2, meh. Bujins needed the extra help.  
Other than that, I am happy with the list, especially with the Baby Dragons and Judgment ban. 
Gorz at 2. What where they thinking? It is a stupid idea but also reinforces the idea of Konami slowing down the game and preventing OTKs. 
Chaos Sorcerer at 2 is nice now that elemental decks have the E-Drag support. 
Don't like the hit on Mermails, but it was somewhat necessary. 
I'm really happy about Scapegoats at 3 though. Plasma. <3
