Try making he background grey and an outline in the colour the specific rank has. Basically like the current ones, just with the newly placed seal.

The first one looks terribly generic. 
Kyo, there is always room for improvement, although I would recommend the GFX team to invest their time into something that still needs to be done, like banners, instead of trying to fix something that does not need fixing.

Simple looks better imo.

Why not work on stuff we don't have instead of working on stuff we have, and that looks good?

Still, you do kinda need banners for the rest of the forums. Seems a little weird that you asked him to make new icons though, they aren't bad right now and they aren't terribly important in comparison to banners for forums.

guys not because i dont post the banners means i aint making them ,i am making the banners we gonna put em when they are ALL done so i know what to do the ranks are easy to do takes 10 min wont kill anyone
