Match Duel: Evilswarm vs. Dragunity
Single Duel: Burning Knuckler vs. Blackwing

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Match Results: 8/12 points

- Tester 1 vs. 2 Testee

Match Deck Construction: 12/17

- Number of Cards: 3/3
40 cards exactly.

- Consistency: 7/8
Wow! All three rounds of the match turned into a huge counter-fest.
In round one you overextended a lot by going REDMD, Autum, Thunder Charger and Scrap Dragon in the same turn, and it ended up hurting you more than it helped. Such a move is just sensible when you can get the win that very turn. I had only one monster and no backrow, but I had a well kept Dark Hole on my hand and managed to steal aways loads of your high level and high ranked monsters in the same turn. Surprisingly enough you managed to recover fom it fast and use you speed advantage to overrun me later in that round.
Round 2 I opened and locked you down immediatly. You struggeled, got a few plays of, and your Legionnaire play would have been the turning point, if it wasn't for my backrow. You went into a lot of risks, discarding valuable cards like Reborn but they almost always payed off and kept your advantage.
Round 3 you opened again, and the match went back and forth. You managed to kill my stolen Dragon various times and I managed to get it back various times. In the end, your Ravine helped you to the win, in form of a Scrap Dragon. You managed to hold Ravine on the field the whole 3 matches, which gave your deck such a huge advantage.
When I hit your Phalanx the deck seemed to stop working though. It is the main engine of the deck and without it you had no more outs. You really need something in your side deck that counters such things as Chain Disappearance, because as you saw yourself it killed your deck.

- Originality: 1/4
Unfortunatly, I cannot give a higher score here. As you said yourself, the deck was not yours, you just made a few small changes. I am sorry, but I cannot reward you for other people's work.

- Side Deck: 0/2
No Side Deck.

Match Performance: 9/17 points

- Focus: 2/2
You seemed to think about your moves, even though you played very fast and decided very quickly on what to do. You missread that Aklys effect but well, happens.

- Use of cards: 7/8
Everything you did, except for the huge overextend in round 1, helped you. You threw away staple cards for Ravine and you even profited from it more, then from the so-called staple itself. Round 1 could have been much easier for you, if you would have played a little more carefully and used all that swarming potential slowly and more controlled.

- Siding: 0/7
No Side Deck.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Single Result: 0/5 points
Close one. Really, really close.

Single Deck Construction: 12/15 points

- Number of Cards: 3/3

- Consistency: 6/8
You had much Synchro potential, but mostly it was Sirocco that saved you. After Armor Master and Star you did not really get anything off and once I got rid of Sirroco you had no options at all, which is understandable, because you used most of your cards on those two big summons. Star would have given you more speed and potential but you decided to not use his effect to full extend.

- Originality: 3/4
Standard Blackwings. Still, haven't seen them all too often in the last couple of weeks.

Single Performance: 6/10 points

- Focus: 1/2
Your missplay with Blizzard cost you the match! You need to take your time and think the move through the end! As this was a single happening and as I will have to take points in Use Of Cards, I will let it pass with just one point taken.

- Use of cards: 6/8
The missplay of Allura/Blizzard was already mentioned, but that was just a huge mistake that literally costed you the duel. You would have had so many more options with Blizzard, even if the first attack would not have suceeded.
Sirocco was a great idea and even though he would only let once of your monsters attack, you did a huge amount of damage with it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rulings: 2/10
I asked my typicall questions on Spell Speeds including my typicall example using Pandemic Infection and Solemn Warning/Judgment.
He got it totally wrong and knew nothing worth mentioning on Spell Speeds and their chainability.
Also, throughout the match, I had to explain various ruligs to him that should be pretty common and known. He did have a few right thoughts, and usually knew how it was supposed to work, just that he never really had the complete grasp on it.

Attitude: 2/2
Very nice guy. Good attitude, cannot complain about it.

Deck Variety: 2/2
Two Synchro heavy decks, from the same generation that work with two diffrent engines. I'll give it 2.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Overall Total: 54/90
Welcome to Slifer Red.
You perfomed absolutly GREAT in the match. The singles was really good, too and your huge missplay ended up costing you Ra. Actually, just the simple possesion of a side deck could have givin you Yellow.
Even more, if you would have a side deck and if it would be as good as your main, you could be very close to Obelisk indeed.
