Mewtwo is the strongest of all Pokemon. He has an IQ exceeding Alakazam and Metagross. Plus, he ended up being one of the most loving and caring Pokemon of all time.

Yet he did everything he could to redeem himself and did his best to take care and responsibility for the clones. He became a wandering vigilante after Mewtwo Returns you know.

Mewtwo will beat Arceus in a straight fight. Arceus is the creator, doesn't make it the most powerful.
