Well since my thing got locked do to spammers I'm redoing it:

attribute: Light
Level: 7
Atk: 3500
Def: 1200
Type: Dragon/Effect
Effect: Cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be summoned by tributing three level 8 Dragon-Type monsters. When tis card is Summoned; select one card in you opponet's Graveyard, Special Summon it on your side of the Field, it cannot be destroyed by Trap, Spell, or card effects. Once per turn; you can pay 500 Life Points to negate the activation of one Spell or Trap Card. This effect cannot be negated.

What do you think? To OP?

Idk. Its really OP with its effect but tributing 3 lv 8 dragons makes it a bit fairer. Only problem is with mythic dragons, Silver's cry etc, its easy to spam dragons. You can even just summon one lv 8 dragon (EASILY) and change others to lv 8's with Galaxy queens light.

Or Gagaga's with DNA. Plenty of ways to do it. Though, I guess it's balanced enough.
Just a Shi En, really. That summons something on it's own summon. Negate has a cost. Only once per turn. Stats are a bit, too, though.

Still kinda broken... Make the monster you summon have 0 atk and Def and you got yourself a deal.

I don't think the negating part is the worst part. I think the worst part is the free Doomkaiser eff with no restriction. It's not the worst designed card I've seen, but it's not good design. The level is what really gets me though, given that the ATK cap for level 7 monsters in the game atm is 2800, and this has 700 more than that.

Also my biggest complaint about it is that the wording is awful.

Yes, true. But you can prevent it. With cards like Majesty's Fiend. It doesn't negate effects, but it just says it can't activate in the first place. Plus, how often does it happen you can negate Shi En? Not the most often of times. Usually you either 101 it. Or drop 2 Traps on his ass.

Also. I don't know who this is that keeps spamming weird texts on the topics, but it's best we just ignore them and the Admins / Mods just delete the posts and ban the offender. This person wants attention, and I'm sure he lacks the life irl to get to, hence he thinks he's funny in doing these things. I'm sure he has a huge laugh from it, but the fact that he's so dedicated to spam here means he's both sad and apparently likes ODA. So yeah. Let's just stop replying to the sadness of his life.
